General Industrial ships most orders received before 3PM EST (M-F) same day.* Orders received on Friday (after 3PM EST), Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Some heavy items may ship via freight carrier. Freight carrier delivery times vary.

Standard Delivery
Orders shipping via "Standard – Business Address" will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders shipping via "Standard – Residential Address" will be delivered Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
For example:
A package shipped via "Standard – Business Address" on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.
A package shipped via "Standard – Residential Address" on Thursday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Saturday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and International Addresses
We do not ship to APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries at this time.
For security purposes, General Industrial DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
Warranty & Return Policy
We guarantee to provide an accurate description and pictures (if available) of the machine that you are shopping for or bidding on. We guarantee the machine to be in good running condition and performing to manufacturers specifications when you receive the machine, unless otherwise stated on the listing page. If the machine does not meet these criteria when you receive, then you have the option of returning within 14 days of receipt for a money back return. We do not reimburse freight charges to or from our destination. We will also fully inspect the machine upon return before refunding the money. The second option would be to contact our service department if the machine perhaps has a parts issue, and we will supply the necessary parts at no charge. This only applies to defective parts that effect the mechanical operation of the machine. This does not apply to cosmetic blemishes. You also have the option of visiting our Nashville, TN showroom to physically examine the machine and watch it in operation before purchasing or bidding. If you would like to save freight charges, then local pickup at our Nashville, TN showroom is a great freight saver option.
Scratch & Dent Policy
What is Scratch & Dent: General Industrial Supply is an authorized WMH Tool Group distributor for New and Scratch & Dent products. We purchase the Scratch & Dent product As Is Where Is with no Manufacturers Warranty. The machines are almost always new machines that have minor blemishes, mostly cosmetic, or they may have received freight damage. We inspect, run, and test each machine, replace parts if they are broken, and provide these machines to end users with a 30 day warranty from General Industrial Supply. |
